Your Club License
The HC3 club has been around for a number of years and approximately 5 months ago a completely new committee was elected and in a short space of time we have managed to organise and hold our HC3 club open & Fun ride on the 21st November 2009, as well as running a successful 2009 Summer Race Series.
These 2 events have grown beyond our expectations. The continued support for this years (2010) series is also very encouraging for the committee and volunteers, which is great for all involved, especially you the cyclist.
Update on BikeNZ/Club Licenses: HC3 sent off a bulk lot of club memberships to the Center Rep, and with one thing and another (Christmas/New Year) they were delayed in being processed. The club sincerely apologises for this delay.
What are we doing about it? Well we have been in contact with BikeNZ and they have received a list of all of your names. Jo Bromley and Geoff Whitburn have put a lot of work into this to ensure it doesn’t get lost in translation. Thanks Jo and Geoff.
How can I enter any BikeNZ events between now and the arrival of my License? Well BikeNZ will have your name on their list. As back up the HC3 has now listed all club members on our web site. Open up the HC3 home page and click on “Memberships” you will be shown on this list.
As further back up HC3 suggest you take a copy of this letter with you to your event as further evidence you are a member of a club until your license arrives.
Please expect your official BikeNZ Club/Center or National licenses to arrive in the next couple of weeks.
